Since 2022, Team 1 has emerged as a leading provider of rapid ambulance services in Saudi Arabia, through a model built on technology and organization. At Sarda, we developed a fully integrated digital experience that included the website, a dispatch system for medical teams, a client-facing app, as well as visual identity, content, and comprehensive digital marketing.

Website Design & Development

We designed the Team 1 website to serve as an elegant and fast introductory platform, clearly showcasing the nature of the services, the areas covered by the team, and the available service request methods.
We focused on the user experience, delivering a responsive and easy-to-navigate design that reflects the medical organization’s identity and supports its awareness and operational goals.

Dispatch System & User Experience

One of the most critical parts of the project was developing a custom internal dispatch system for ambulance teams.
We designed a user-friendly, fast interface to support emergency response — enabling paramedics to receive requests, view location and case details, and track other teams in real time.
The project also included the development of an admin dashboard to monitor performance and efficiently manage resources.

Service Request App (Customer App)

We designed and developed a dedicated app for users that allows them to request an ambulance with the tap of a button, track their request status in real time, and view the estimated arrival time.
The app is integrated with the internal dispatch system to ensure rapid response and accurate information.
Simplicity and clarity in the user experience were prioritized, making the service easy to use even in emergency situations.

Social Media Design & Management

We restructured Team 1’s social media accounts and began publishing educational and humanitarian content that enhances the team’s image within the community.
We designed educational posts, field documentation, and interactive designs, all aligned with the visual identity.
We transformed Team 1’s pages from merely a digital presence into an educational and engaging space that builds trust and strengthens brand loyalty.
